A great camp for making new friends and having fun while discovering nature. Expand your knowledge of science, learn about plants and animals, hike two to five miles daily and explore nature sites around our region. Bring a lunch, two snacks, a bottle of water and a backpack each day. Dress for the weather. Take a field trip to the Bonneville Dam and Fish Hatchery to see salmon migration up close! We’ll explore the salmon life cycle, see the underground fish ladders and lamprey, visit “Herman the Sturgeon,” and even get to feed some rainbow trout. Field trip: Bonneville Dam. Class Number: NP27204
